Book a pre-purchase inspection at a local shop as soon as the car lands. A lift and a diagnostic scan catch things a quick visual check never will.
If Something's Wrong
Don't release. Open a dispute with the escrow agent and submit your evidence. Most issues are resolved with a partial release or a full refund.
Then Release
Once everything checks out, release the funds. A clean escrow closes fast and keeps both sides happy.
