Agree on Terms in Writing

Put the price, condition expectations, delivery method, and release conditions in a signed agreement before any money moves.

Fund the Escrow

Send the purchase amount to the escrow agent. The seller is notified that funds are secured, which gives them confidence to release the car.

Arrange Transport

Book an open or enclosed carrier depending on the car's value. Get the delivery window in writing.

Inspect on Arrival

Use your release window to verify the car against the listing and the inspection report. Have a local mechanic look it over.

Release and Register

Once satisfied, release the funds and complete the title transfer and registration in your home state. Clean and protected end to end.

Getting the delivery window in writing saved me when the carrier slipped a week. Kept the escrow open without drama.
